They haven't made an ofline PSO since the genesis i think? They need to go back to making those.

Shenmue was a half-assed and badly voice acted breed of an adventure game and a fighting game. GTA: SA is at least 20x the video game it was.

Shenmue was a great RPG?Adventure game that gave you an actuall story and made you act like a civilized person( GTA can't say that) It had amazing graphics even by todays standards and showed how far a game could go with story,cinema ans characters. Did it have mindless killing,No. Did it have the DOA girls in string bikinis ,No. And it didn't need even of it

Amazing graphics still? For everything but the suits and starched leather, I agree. Shenmue is my favorite game of all-time, but comparing it to GTA isn't exactly fair. Both offer up completely different, yet still amazing, experiences.

It made you act like a stiff and awkward idiot who couldn't even relate to his supposed friends.

The controls were serviceable at best, there were little to no RPG elements whatsoever (unless you count your moves improving ever-so-slightly with hours of practice), terrible dialogue, about 4 decent adventure game puzzles (all in your house and dojo) padded by 100674583475 useless "talk to this person next" fetch quests.
