Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith

I picked up my copy today. FYI, Toys R Us starting on the 15th you get a $10 giftcard if you buy this on PS2 or Xbox.

The game is fun actually. I do wish it look cleaner though, Even in Hi def it just looks ok. I only played the 1st few opening levels. I'm not sure if I'll play more because the game does show some cool ass movie clips and I'm not sure if I want to see anymore. I am bummed out all the music is old stuff. I was hoping for at least the main theme. Maybe I just missed it. Anyways based on the hour or so I played it I can say its a good game. 7s for reviews I'm betting.

I don't think it's terribly spoiler heavy, but I suppose if you know NOTHING about the movie (which characters fight each other, order 66, which planets they go to) you'd have stuff spoiled by it.

dj really wants to try this. Movies of it I have seen shows some cool fighting and action, but graphics look mediocre.

I will try to rent it and see.

The graphics are it's weakest point, but it's a lot of fun.

The couple co-op levels really show how great the game would have been if it was co-op all the way. LOL @ force holding a droid then having your buddy slash it. The graphics are VERY PS2ish on the Xbox game. It is 480p but not widescreen. I really want to play it through but I just get kinda pissed at myself everytime I go forward and see some more clips. I already seen most of it though. I'm sure I play through it by the time the movie comes out.


The vs mode is kinda fun too. Its like Powerstone lite.

I think that vs. mode is it's weakest point. I don't have any problems with the graphics, but I do think that ROTK had slightly better graphics. Still, characters like Vader and Grevious still look awesome.

Played through 7 levels of this. The control is alittle loose (par with the previous SW beatem ups), especially compared to something like Dynasty Warriors 5. Maybe you just move abit faster so I feel like the characters are jerking around. The force power adds a cool twist to it and it seems like you need to use it in combination of regular attacks to get higher ratings on the kills.

I think this game is pretty damn good. The farther you make it, the better it gets.

Edit: IGN is full of shit. Seriously.

Picked the game up the other day and I must say it's a pretty damn decent game, one of the more enjoyable SW action games I've played. The battle mechanices could use a bit of polish in my opinion. I do like the fact The Collective endeavored to have players focus on a certain timing instead of mashing -- but damn, half the times it almost seems for naught. Up to Chapter 14, 4 more and I'll have beat the game. Then I'll take it back.

That IGN review actually complains about the banter between Obi and Anakin?!

Nuts that is. I love Anakin being cocky and Obi always sounding like he's about to shit himself. It makes me wanna see the movie THAT much more.
