7 months is a long time? I'd say its a better turn around time than most get.Quote:

Disgaea is pure gold, if you feel yourself getting bored with a game, then beat it and move on. I mean, I sure as hell didn't spend 100 hours on FFT, but because of all the xtras I was able to fully enjoy Disgaea for more than 100 hours...La Pucelle is also fun, but PB, while introducing some interesting elements to the SRPG formula, didn't quite do it for me.

March + 7 months = October. Will NIS have the guts to release it in the midst of the 2005 holidays? If they want to make any money, they should get it out sooner or delay it until Jan 2006. :\
Tired of SRPGs, ssbomberman? Don't get yourself burned out...

Edit
Warning: Most of the cutscenes look like this.
all these srpgs are tiring me indeed. I need a break I think...over the holidays though I have to beat La Pucelle, Tales, Oni Tactics, and Growlanser 3...

They also got some new in-game pics.Quote:

I really wish they would put these on a handheld. I mean, I loved Disgaea from what I played for some reason I have a hard time sitting down to my TV and playing turn-based strategy games for a long time. The only time I seem to ever get anywhere in those is if I'm playing them on a portable system getting turns and missions done inbetween doing other things.
I'm probably one of only a handful of people that prefer these on a handheld, which also means I'll play so very few of these.
I think N1 is planning on a PSP release, and I can't wait to see how that turns out.
I'd like to see if they can do something nice with the DS, if it won't break any contracts at least.
holy shit were getting it not long after japan
can't wait for it
Box art!

The story/game design is very unconventional... I wonder how the full NIS fanbase in US will react.
Shame. The Japanese box looked much better.
The english dub for this is really over the top, with Zetta the ego-maniac, Pram the valley girl, and Miki the Harvey Firestien impersonator. Japanese track is still there for the purists, though I actually like the hammy voice acting. Seems to fit.
