In the below Los Angeles Superior Court complaint, Nancy Johnson, a centerfold model and former flight attendant also known as Coco Johnsen, alleges that Maher, 48, reneged on promises to pay her expenses and purchase a Beverly Hills home. Johnson, who says she dated Maher for 17 months before splitting from him in May, also contends that the performer promised to marry her and have children. Johnson, pictured at right, does not detail the degrading racial comments allegedly made by Maher, and recounts only one episode of supposed physical abuse by the host of HBO's "Real Time." She charges that Maher pulled her arm and shook her at one party, causing "injuries to her back and neck," and later that evening warned he'd hit her on the head with a hammer if she was unfaithful.

The fact that palimony exists is reason enough to NEVER LIVE WITH A WOMAN, let alone marry her.

Much like the O'Reilly incident, I will support that asshole Maher if he says he never did any of the alleged instances.

Honestly, you shouldn't be able to sue someone over something like this. "He promised me..." Bullshit. It's bad enough that you shouldn't get married without a pre-nup these days, but now you can't even let a girlfriend live with you for more than a few months without a cohabitation agreement.

I don't really see anything wrong with what he did.

lHere is the list of things:

made false promises
shook her at a party by the arm
May have said bad things related to race to her (ok this is kind of bad, but she should have just left him)
Told her he was going to hit her with a hammer if she cheated, key world being told.

As far as I can tell, he didn't really do anything wrong. We don't know the full story about the shaking thing. She could have been being a bitch. What do you do with a black woman if she is being a bitch? Write her a nice letter? I think not.

It is bad if he was calling her racial slurs, but she should of just kicked him the nuts and left him.
