Yes, actually it does. You see sperm die by the millions naturally and are replaced in the male body the same way eggs die naturally and are replenished in the female body. To take your train of thought to its extreme, all humans must begin having sex from the moment they become fertile or they are guilty of allowing their component reproductive tools to die of neglect.
