That would be awesome.
hell ya
i love co op modes and co op zelda should be awesome
I hope that the Links can duel each other. that'd be a blast.
well its a cool idea i just hope they dont make it so you HAVE to play CO-OP to beat it
that would really piss me off only one of my friends here is really into the GBA and i dont really see him all that often would piss me off soo much if i couldnt finish a dungeon cause i had to wait for some one else to play
i just personally beleive that for most games the first player aspect should come first and be the most important aspect
Truely, this sucks for those of US who don't have gba buddies.
dude, that's Nintendo's policy. they always bring that up when they talk about online gaming.Quote:

you of all people should know, Nintendo wouldn't do that. anyways, i think is just one of the things we'll be seeing with this remake.
man oh man, it's just the day after tomorrow. jeez, soon enough i'll be playing these.
there's nothing to worry about, the game is said to be a Link To The Past remake, so aside from having A Link To The Past, you're gonna get co-op.
it's so nice to see the GBA's Connectivity used for things like this. i mean, did you guys see the picture of the Card E Reader, GBA all hooked up to a GameCube? who knows what they plan on doing with this?

whats the card e reader thingy and whats that large thing connected between the GBA connector and the GBA in that pic
That is officially the coolest thing I've heard in days. Quite possibly the coolest thing I've heard since the almost-confirmation for Ikaruga on DC.
I only know one other person with a GBA, but it's worth it even for that. If they do release a Zelda collection on GC, a version of this online NEEDS to be in there.
Not only does it sound pretty cool, but it gives new meaning to the words "Link cable" ;)
Thats great news.......now all I want is an online zelda or mana game for the GCN..
The Card E Reader thingy is the large thing connected between the GBA connector and the GBA in that pic.Quote:

so has the c ard reader been used or plan to be used with anything other than Pokemon
im not sure im into this whole card reader thing cause then you have to collect cards and thats jut not my thing and all
but i digress
It's going to be used for Animal Crossing so you can create your own textures on the GBA version and upload them to the GC version.....outside of that, I dunno.Quote:

This is the best news I've heard in a while. I loved this game and now I can hook 2 GBA's together and run them to the TV and play this game with my son. Teach him the ropes on a real game. Woohoo!
On another Zelda Gameboy note, Target this week has GBC Zelda Oracle of Seasons for $19.88. Not bad. *-neo
So, how will you connect them to the TV? Through that afterburner thing?Quote:

No, I have the GBA TV adapter. So, whatever is on my little GBA screen is on my 46" TV. WOOHOO!Quote:

I read a few reviews on the GBA TV adapter in some of the big magazines and they all flat out lied about how good it is. I don't know if it's because it's not an official product or what, but they did a serious disservice to gamers with the shit they pushed. I love it, just below (barely) SNES quality on my big screen TV with the S-video connection. Now, I can't wait for the new Metroid.
