i find it hard to believe that the guy had to see 3 doctors and get surgery from ducking from a fucking shrimp, that must have been some major neck maneuvering to have an injury like that. I say that the chef should have stopped throwing the shrimp when they asked him to but im thinking he must have hurt himself doing something else and they just want to sue benihanas because its the only way theyll get money from his injury instead of how he really hurt himself whatever that may be. Half the fun of those hibachi grills is when they throw stuff around and light that HUGE flame people should just go at their own risk and not ruin the fun for the rest of us because they have to be pussies.
