SUPER-lame.
What's up with Capcom anyway, don't they have any psuedo-sequels to any of the fighting games coming to the arcades anytime soon? I can't remember ever wating this long between Capcom arcade fighters. Didn't CVS2 come out like, in July?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
By this point, does anyone actually give a flying f***? I mean, this is almost as pointless as porting CvS or the rest of the Crossover series to the PS... Um, I guess the fact that one could probably find a DC and MvC2 for cheaper then a copy of MvC2 for XB or PS2 (kinda like Skies of Arcadia) will go right over most gamers heards. I can officially say "Whoop-de-f***in'-doo!" in regards to this crap-ass announcement.
I'm with you on this one, MechDeus. Hell, my more-than-competent DC rev just sits there and gathers dust. For that matter, the same could be said of my PS2 as of late...

This is lookin like gold right about now...
Could someone please post a link or something so I can confirm it. Not that I don't believe you or anything just wanted to see the article for myself.
that was MMcafe's april-fools-joke... it aint real... (but it was job well done as far as april fools jokes go)
I dunno about everyone else, but I played this game to death a year and a half ago and I have no intention of paying $50 just so I can play it on Xbox, PS2, or whatever.......lame
Surely its about time for some sort of MvsC3 announcement??

I'll play devil's advocate here and say that Capcom probably wants MvC2 to see more homes before announcing/releasing it's sequel. MvC2 only came out on DC which sadly wasn't enough to get full recognition for it's impending sequel. We may not like it but from a business stand point, it makes sense. Unfortunately, us DC and MvC2 owners are the minority (a severe minority).Quote:

Oh yeah thanks for the link. Well not surprising cappy are cashing in on the masses, (especially when you consider they bothered to make CVS1 on ps) who wouln't?
Now where is mvc3 for cube? hehe. That fighting controller thing has to be used for something. (the way I think it should work is this: MVC got a game, then Cap vs SNK got a game, then MVC got a sequel, followed by CVS getting it's sequel. Now going by that order it's MVC's turn to get its third game.)
Edit: Oh yeah I forgot all about CVS2 EO on cube (what the controller is for - more cashing in). Still hope for mvc3 though.
