This is great news and the article makes me wonder if it's even possible to fuck this up. I wouldn't be surprised if they try going head to head with the Silent Hill movie.

This was actually a pretty good short story.
Here's hoping Darabont doesn't find a way to schlock it up somehow. And it had better not be longer than two hours.

One of the best Kings work. Very creepy and inventive.
Its been in the rumors and works for year now, and hopefully this time, it will actually be true. It must be fx heavy though, with all they creatures and happenings that novel had, so I hope they didnt screw up that part with some lame CGI.
The ending was perfect... I mean, really, what else could they do but survive? They weren't going to flip a switch and magically fix the world.
Even King admitted it was a copout ending.
Not every story can or should be tied up in a nice little package by the last page.
Maybe they should've gone into Xen to kill the Nihilanth and save the world?

Not the dinosaurs per say, but creatures from another dimension. The story is very Half Life is, with military experiments, dimension switches and monster invasions :)
