What do you guys think of my pieces?
RoleTroll, I never said I was set to review Hello Kitty for the mag. I did that review weeks ago for a website. I got a good laugh out of that comment though, since the game is incredibly... pink. I'm not being "limited" to just GBA stuff, it's luck of the draw.
Does the issue with the God of War cover actually exist? Or is is a mockup they just use in all their marketing?

I find it incredibly annoying that they would keep showing an issue that doesn't exist...
That's the cover for the web-only sample issue.
Your 2600 stuff is well done. It just falls outside of my interests. That's why I didn't comment on it specifically.Quote:

I'd go as far as to say that Namco could just release the shooter sections as their own game; they're just that well done.
LOL. Well played, old chap.Quote:

But wait, a comment from Jeremy:
"Ahh, good snag Yoshi. I will try to improve on my writings later on. Its definitely been something Ive been working on and many people say my writing is much improved. It should be a challenge, but a fun one."
I've been itching to post that since I read the review earlier. It's about time he logged on to set me up.Quote:

When you say something isn't done well, and then follow it up by saying it's so well done, you're going to confuse readers and make them think you're just making the review up as you go along. This is pretty fundamental. After reading that review, I still don't know if you think the shooter sections are well done or not, and most readers aren't going to want to get online and ask you for clarification, nor should they have to.
No, it doesnt work like that. Either something is well done or it isnt, you cant say both in the same review. This is something that 5 years of near-constant writing should've ironed out, btw.Quote:
