I actually saw the movie, eh it was okay. It was too long.
I thought it was pretty good. It did drag on at some points, but ever since I got out of the theater, I've had the music stuck in my head all day.
Same here. Why is there 4 bad choices and only 1 overly good?
This poll is rigged!
I'm curious as to why an 11 year old german girl would decide to post here....
almost a good gimmick account, needed a better introduction though.
This is my favourite musical. Apparently these actor's can't sing worth a shit though, and they added stupid swordfighting scenes. Listen to the original cast recording soundtrack. It's awesome.
It dragged on, I voted it as boring. Schumacher did a good job with the visuals, but I fell asleep by the 3rd time they sang the same goddamn song. And yeah, the songs were stuck in my head too...
Danni made me watch this, it was like torture. The acting wasn't that great (especially the diva, and that owned of the theater that looked like Ferricito), the music was alright, but yeah, goddamns. It dragged on forever, it was dumb, the Phantom's face wasn't even THAT scarred (Behold the demon child! His cheek is redder and slightly more sensitive than yours! Demon!).
I left the theater twice to go to the bathroom and once to answer a phone call. I missed most of the last scene in the sewers, and I couldn't care less.
The best part was during the ending credits: directed by Joel Schumacher. No fucking wonder.
I seriously want to see this, im a huge webber fan and i loved the music from the broadway version, i will have to see how it transitioned.
