I would like to see a Key Lime Pie recipe (though I could probably look on a bottle of Lime juice/flavor) and a marble cheesecake recipe. MMM, marble fucking cheesecake.
Anyway my grandparents make this fucktarded delicious olive loaf that I need to acquire the recipe for and then post here. They apparently don't have it pinned down though, and it's like they go to war with the kitchen and each other every time they make it. It's so fucking good though.
Come to think of it I need to get all their awesome Italian recipes before they pass. My mom knows a lot of good cooking but she never bothered getting some of their more complicated recipes.
what!? :(Quote:

On a medium heat this will make a brown gravy, after an hour add water to cover the top of the steaks and thicken with flour to your desire. You can also add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Roux also to thicken and make the gravy slightly browner. Total cook time is two hours for steak in a gravy. Serve over rice or potatoes or both. I make mine pretty spicy also by adding some smoked Jalopeno salt and Tony's seasoning. You'll have to add water frequently as it evaporates to keep a lot of gravy. I use eye of the round steak trimmed or londen broil (sliced in thin strips). Everything I cook is Cajun style recipes dated all of the way back to my great grandmother. This isn't healthy at all as are none of my dishes. Hope this helps out animegirl.Quote:

I just had a hotdog from a gas station and ate it out of the driver seat of my car with the door open. It had onions, chilli, cheese, relish and your usual condiments, K/M. I was just going to get some smokes and I saw this mexican walking out with one looking pretty damned pleased with it. I wanted to be pleased too....
I was. It was the best meal I've had in days.
EDIT: About Denny's. Around here, if you order the Super Bird & Soup combo, it rings up as $0.00. So it's free. Just a heads up. Super Birds ain't bad either. Don't eat the soup.
Hah yeah I bought a Kolache on my way back home from school, it was alright, had some peppers in there so it actually burned a little... I don't know, i've had better - I think it was enough to put me off kolaches for a year. Fuck food, where's my water.

Well, sickeningly sweet, medicinal, a hint of burning tar, and stewing twigs and berries (which is think is how they make Guiness anyway). Basically, crack open a warm Guiness, and take a whiff. Then, imagine concentrating that smell 100 times, and add chocolate to it. Needless to say, although the cakes are tasty, we don't make it very often. :)Quote:

Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust courtesy of Pillsbury or Keebler
1 cup of cream
1/2 c lime juice or key lime juice
1 can of condensed milk
With a hand mixer (or some extremely fast hands), whip one cup of cream (heavy or whipping cream is fine). No cheating with Cool Whip. Whip the damned cream yourself. You'll thank me for it.
In another bowl mix together The 1.5 cups of juice and the can of condensed milk. Fold in the cream you whipped. Pour the mixture into a graham cracker pie shell. refrigerate a couple of hours. Enjoy!
Easy as pie (oooh, bad pun!) and damned good. You can add more lime juice if you want it more tart. I'd highly suggest getting a bottle of key lime juice as it does taste better than just lime juice, and it will keep in the fridge for months. The filling can be used in mini-tart crusts as well, if you want to get real fancy.
