Both of these sound good - especially that chili. Hell, even IronPlants' crazy death-metal-mixture sounds good....just not for breakfast.Quote:

Just DONT, I repeat DONT touch and part of your face after touching the habenero's. I ended up dunking my head in a bowl of milk to ease the pain ( I think I mentioned this in another thread) anyway:
Serves about 4 I think:
2-10 habenero chilis
1 clove of garlic
2 green onions
1 teaspoon powdred allspice ( fuck this - I just used some jerk seasoning I bought at the store
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of yellow mustard
3 tablspoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons of orange juice
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of white vinegar
2 teaspoons of canola oil
4 chicken breasts
Cut the peppers, remove the seeds, for the love of God in heaven dont touch your face - wear gloves if you puss out.Chop them finely.Same with the green onions.Mince them together in a bowl and add all of the other shiz.It should form like a brownish yellow looking paste.Put this all over the chicken and let in marinate for a day.The longer it marinates the better it tastes - up to a day.Cook it up while occasionally basting the chicken with leftover paste it is cooking in.
Easy Peezy. Not sure about cooking times. All of the ovens I've had have either been really shitty and dont get hot enough for a certain amount of time,or surface of the Sun fucking hot - so just check on it.
No pictures this time.
Mike's Fancy Lentil Pasta Sauce
Coincidentally good for vegetarians
1 cup lentils, cooked
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 cups garlic cloves, minced (get a jar of minced garlic and put 2 cups in)
2 hot chiles, peeled and cooked then minced
1 large tomato, diced
1 cup vegetable juice (carrots, celery, and cucumber are my favorite, or you can use V8)
1/8 tbsp basil
1 tbsp olive oil (cooking kind, not extra virgin)
Sautee the onions, peppers, and garlic in the olive oil, stirring often. Add tomatoes and vegetable juice, cover and let simmer for like 20-25 minutes. Stir in the cooked lentils, chiles, basil, and some salt 'n' pepper to your liking. Best served over spaghetti, linguine, capelli, or other hair pastas.
Pasta Primavera. Preferably penne or cavatelli.
Recognize.
Does anyone here have a good recipie for chuikcen fajitas?
It's blasphemy to top cake with candy and to brown something the way that guy did with the 'italian bread'. Put your hand in the toaster, there's a recipe for you blaspheming bastards.
wtf are you talking about?Quote:
