By the way The Vulture was introduced in the first movie...sort of. Just like Eddie Brock got a mention, you are introduced to the Vultures alter ego, Adrian Tombs. I think Harry Osborne talks to him on the balcony before Green Goblin throws a bomb at them and kills everyone except Mary Jane.
So he died in Spiderman 1 then. Doesn't The Vulture get younger with every victim he claims?
Well, this is comics...ok comic movies, so he's not dead until you see the corpse evaporate..oh wait Venom might prove that one wrong next movie. So who knows.
