Has The Tick cartoons ever hit DVD? I checked Amazon.com and Best Buy but they didn't have them in the list. I just need to know if they exist or not. Thanks.

NO.
I bitch about it all the time. They need to release a full series disc set for this and Sam and Max. Come on, Fox/Nelvana!! PLEASE
I think their are some bittorent files you can download. Just google it.
Its only a matter of time for it to come out. Its amazing what TV shows come out on DVD, so basically just about every show has a chance to get released. Well except maybe the Emirl sitcom.
While yes it is amazing which shows get put on DVD...
I'm still waiting on my early Power Rangers.
Speaking of power rangers, what the hell is that show like in Japan? Whats it like during the time of the show thats Americanized here?
The Tick is one of the best Saturday morning cartoons EVER. I'd be all over a DVD release of this.
Ahh...the memories back then. Saturday ruled totally. Spiderman at 10, The Tick at 10:30, X-Men at 11. Those were the days.
Best episodes were Protoclown and The Superhero Club (the one that introduced The Evil Midnight Bomber What Bombs at Midnight).
Remember The Tick game for SNES? It was the most hilariously awful game I've ever spent a week on and didn't beat. Or maybe I did. I don't even rememeber it doing anything but repeating 4 different boards with the colors changing each time around. It wasn't as good as Home Alone though. I'm talking some serious double-over action.
Oh, I played that piece of crap. And yeah, it was the worst and most repetitive game ever made, but I tried to beat it anyway because it was The Tick, god dammit.Quote:

Nevertheless, I tried to beat the game just for the hell of it...I was close, too, until the game glitched on me. I was in the middle of fighting some ninjas for the billionth time when all of a sudden The Tick just floated up and off the screen and just never came back. The ninjas still wandered around the screen, but no Tick. WTF?
There was no password or save feature- you had to play through the game in one sitting. There was no way I was going to wade through that mess again, so back to Blockbuster it went.
Shittiest game ever.
*EDIT* Heh, I found the ending on the net...now I finally know what happened. Man, it wasn't worth it, but I'm not suprised.
