America's way of executing people is retarded. Why not just strangle the fucker as soon as his appeals are exhausted? It would save a shitload of money. The only precautoion that should be taken is to apply a higher standard of determining guilt in cases where capital punishment is used. If there's no conclusive evidence and no confession of guilt, then prison is the way to go, but if there is no doubt about guilt, just choke the bastard.
So what if it's not a deterrent, it's 100% effective at preventing resitivism, and it should be cheaper than housing and feeding all the worthless rapists and murderers that are currently in prison.Quote:
