DMC3 vs. God of War

Alright, two big action games are coming out in March, very close to one another. Which one do you think will have better sales/reviews/fan praise?

For DMC3:
+ Back with the original team.
+ Style system should add diversity and replay value.
+ Has big name recognition.
+ No doubt will have great action sequences and boss battles.
+ Shotgun nunchucks.
- DMC2 put a mark on the franchise's reputation
- Being the third installment, people might be tired of the familiarity.
- Will they make a camera that people actually like?

For GoW
+ It's a great looking game. Attack animations are amazing.
+ More variety in the gameplay.
+ People who have played it so far are gushing about it.
+ Bladed nunchucks
- Brand new title, coming out against an established franchise.
- Developers talking about allowing the players to "revel in rage" has me worried about another case of PoP2

I personally think that DMC3 wil do better, even if GoW gets better reviews.

Both will be awesome and share the space in my PS2 :)

Well Despair I hope you're right about DMC3....cuz I dont want to see another horrible dissappointment from Dante....but that title has me worried, it sounds like a 70s porno....Dantes Awakening.

This is all I care about. I just really hope it doesn't suck.

I hope DMC 3 is great in a DMC 1 kind of way, but I'm looking WAY more forward to God of War. I think that game looks like one of the most bad ass games ever.

DMC doesn't need another game in the series until the next-gen systems can help it offer up something new. As of now it looks more of the same with a new hat tacked on. God of War is fresh and new, but they'll both be awesome.

I predict neither will have a good camera and both will be rubbishly equal (or equally rubbish for you people that talk normally).

Is God of War made by Konami? If not, then DMC3 will be better. This is not hard.
