I leech everything else though like movies and games on sites that don't require login.

It depends on what you are donwloading. If you are pulling torrents that have a bunch of peers with 100% of the file downloaded, who are you supposed to be uploading to?

You mean BitTornado? Fuck that client, and get BitComet, best BT client around. You can view the peers you are downloading from, including their upload and download speeds, and makes your share ratio easily visible from the main page.
