17 and 18 are both legal. (At least, where I live.)

Last I checked, ya know, when I lived there, they were legal, ya know, where they live.

That's it, I'm sueing every fucking college I've been to, for the Anxieity that every test and subject has put me through. I'm also suing my local cable provider, and Microsft for the computer trouble I've had.

This is why no one ever does nice things anymore.

P.S. I'm suing the judge because his decision has greatly increased the anxiety I feel living in this country on a day-to-day basis.

If someone is going to sue over a gift, then hell with them. The moral of this story is "Don't go out of your way to do anything nice for your neighbors". Don't shovel their driveway, don't mow their lawn, don't wash their car, don't pick their weeds, don't shop for groceries for the elderly couple across the street, don't do a fucking thing. Don't even invite your neighbors over.
