Ok, I'm watching the news, and they said they won't be paying to fix the Hubble telescope. They later went on to talk about the 80 something billion bucks we are going to spend this year on the military.
=/ they are just going to let the Hubble burn up and die.

The Hubble Space Telescope deserves funding, AmTrak deserves funding, 'faith-based' initiatives do not, Laura Bush's plans to try and bore kids into not joining gangs does not, Bush's garbage annuity plan that doesn't attempt to fix social security as much as make people think it does while he STILL cuts benefits..That REALLY doesn't deserve funding.
Who cares about exploring the vast and beautiful endlessness that is our universe or searching for extraterrestrial intelligent life?
