I don't think black guys are 14 times more likely to have AIDS, they aren't genetically predisposed to getting it. A higher percentage of Black people are impoverished than White people, therefore more are at risk due to environment (more people that are impoverished are intervenus drug users or have sex with cheap hookers that have AIDS).
I also think the statistic is bogus, by the way. That figure is very outdated.
The sad thing is, that statistic will stick in misguided people's heads and they will write people off based on it.
