As was already stated, those of us who are already saved need no convincing and those who aren't don't give a damn, so making this thread was an utterly pointless excerise.

Or any other number of religions could be right. It ain't just Christianity or atheism, which is why I never bought into the whole "worship as insurance" deal (which I doubt would truly get someone in God's good graces anyway, if he does exist).

That "gamble" argument is un-Scriptural. The problem with the Bible is that only infidels like me read it all the way through.

I would say the main benefit of being a christian is that i know people like this guy are a minority in the community..a loud, and somewhat annoying minority.
