There's a good chance that it's from the juice, but Giambi seems to be sleeping with Don nowaday they're always together. So the possibility that Mattingly has worked with him to get him to this point is always there..I just doubt it.

Even if Don is helping him to get his swing back, that doesnt mean Don can help him get his strength back. The guy is hitting home runs like a juicer. Bonds had what, like 45 home runs at this point that one year he hit 73? Well, May/June/July, 13 home runs in July... 39 home runs.

Not adding up, even if Don is helping him. Don was never a homerun hitter (and even though I hate the Yankees, Ive always liked and respected Mattingly).

Giambi has 14 this month. :)

Its so funny the way the Astros fans are booing Beltran. Youd think theyd just live and let live, considering how much better their team is doing than the Mets.

edit: Worst trade deadline ever. But I guess its easy now to see whos gonna end up in the playoffs.

The Yankees haven't played a team under .500 in forever, and they don't play another til Aug 15.

And two straight games the Yankees enter the 8th inning down 4 runs and win it 8-7.

Womack pokes it through the 5 man infield.

Angels really play the Yanks tough but boy did the Angels bullpen implode the past 2 games.
