I think MVS is dead

He didn't show up for the NYC trip as he was supposed to and nobody was able to get into touch with him and he never came back to TNL. With all of this info I will make the assumption that I always make in this situation (which is usually wrong) and say that MVS is dead.

Opinions? Rumors? News?

could be, but if its death, then i doubt its suicide, that guy was way too swarmy for suicide. Funny that he was the ringleader of the dead pool thread. Maybe not so funny. It would suck if something bad happened to him.

A far-fetched speculation, but the man ain't dead -- he's simply severed his association with the forums indefinitely and such. It's very likely that his personal life is encountering some really serious crap. I saw him recently on my AIM list about a week or two.

Matt's been on the fence about being a part of this forum community for nearly 2 years now. I am sure if he feels compelled to get involved again, he'll do so with little intervention from any of us.

Actually, the MVS has been dead for some time since SNK moved to the Atomiswave.

It was probably his murderer on his AIM list.

I'm just messing, but I did bring up this thread to open that possibility, and yes, I make this assumption a hell of a lot. A few weeks ago my roomate came home real late when we had work the next day and I just said to myself "It's Super-bowl night, our team just lost the Superbowl, he was victim to a drunker driver and he's dead, nothing I can do about it though" and went to sleep, surely enough he was still living though. I'm kinda used to people real close to me dying and to be honest it really doesn't bother me too much anymore.

I can tell you he lastupdated his LJ yesterday.. but yah that is weird he hasnt posted since december 27th..

He's been updating his lj, so I dont think he's dead. Just to those he wants to be.

We still talk on AIM and he updates his LJ.

So no.

He's just not posting at TNL anymore. He broke the habit on the trip and felt no reason to come back.

Well, at least info proving me wrong came up from starting this thread.

Now I don't have to be stuck wondering about it anymore.
