didnt know the thread question was "what do you do to the cause of your aggression". thought it just said "how do you deal with it"?

Almost 26 hours with no nicotine, mental and physical withdrawal already pretty close to full-swing. I want to fucking kill somebody, stop shaking and stop feeling sick. Any suggestions?

I tend not to take things personally. I do whatever I think will be for the best. There's nor principle or retribution involved. I don't get angry over it. There are times when I have and I've always regretted them.

I have a talent for making very convincing threats when I'm pissed, and if that doesn't work, I'm equally adept at following through.

When I get pissed at myself or at some inanimate thing, I usually just bitch and yell until I wear myself out.
