Vote for me and I will ban IronPlant.
That's good enough for me.
Normally I would say something stupid and belligerent, BUT DAMN, that is an AWESOME avatar.Quote:

=/ I never said that list was in the order of what I cared about most. You're so mean.Quote:

Anyone is better than bush.
In other news, Tracer has decided to withdraw his support of the IronPlant campaign and run on his own platform of:
- Removing power from federal branches in all operations and put them in the hands of states and in some cases municipalities.
- Reduce federal taxes.
- Introduce new system of tax accountability, alllowing local, state and federal funds to be spent more rationally.
- Subsidize medical care and higher education.
- 2 years mandatory military service at the age of 18.
- Spearhead an energy conservation campaign, while introduceing methods of mitigating the reliance on forgign and domestic oil for energy purposes.
- No Abortions under normal circumstances, in acceptable circumstances, no abortion may be made after the foetus develops what can be characterised as a working brain - the most identifiable unique human characteristic. This is shortly after the second trimester.
- Tariffs on imported goods from nations that have lower than internationally acceptable human rights standards (China is among this group). The tarriiff amount would compensate for wages workers would make in america. Unfair cheap labor will be no excuse for american companies to export jobs.
- Second Amendment stays, permits for firearms at acceptable levels must be attained, as usual, but with stricter criteria - licence must be renewed every 9 months at little to no fee.
- The use of force in situations of declared "conflict" or "peace-keeping" must pass all branches of government, not just initiated by executive government and passed by legistaltive. This is to make the use for force an object of nessesity, not whimsy.
Theres more but the gist is smaller central government, more active state governments and in theory - more efficent government spending. Provision for modern human rights. Environmental concerns at a high priority. Other ideas are economic, ideological or are regaurding forigen policy.
You had me until this.Quote:

Oh, well this information changes nothing. No.Quote:
Remember, this question pertains to a fictional world where I would have studied political science, have already held a few public offices, and gotten a law degree.
And another reason why I wouldn't. Although I do live in Canada so it doesn't matter anyway, but in this crazy alternate reality where Ironplant is semi-useful I'd of moved to America... lets say Denver.Quote:
