I got it mostly to use in my SRX as a GPS device but I can read TNL on the toilet. Now that can't be beat.
Also picked up:

Finding Neverland

How's the new timesplitters? I haven't read anything on it.
played 3 lvls, definitely a big improvement over part 2. I was not a fan of the 1st two games but this one is fun. Widescreen, smooth graphics and you get to shoot people in the head. What is not to like?
That's out?! Damnit!
It's a cheapie ($190) Austin Stratocaster I picked up from a nearby guitar speciality store. It feels really good but I can't tell you much beyond that at the moment since I don't have an amp yet (stupid rent coming up). It's funny, I thought the nylon strings on an acoustic hurt my fingers when I tried those, but once I used the steel strings for a little while going back to the nylon felt like padded rubber.Quote:

Must be some sound absorption getting cancelled out or something.
When's the chance for you get yours (if you know besides the obvious "soon," since you're about to be out of school)?
Is that thing running wi-fi or bluetooth? I'm not sure about former, but if that's what you're using, do you have to pay for a monthly account or is it free whereever the signal is located?Quote:

For internet you use the wi-fi, I have it networked wirelessly at home but you would need to hit hotspots to get it to work on the road. You can get hot spot plans from cell phone providers. You can also hit free wi-fi spots like Mc Donald's or libraries.
Well, my dad said that he will get me one for graduation, but he's said shit like that before and not come through. We'll see what happens. Im hoping within the next 30 days, but I really dunno.Quote:

In the past week, I've picked up quite a few games.
Advance Wars 2 - $9 new
Top Gear Rally (GBA) - $6 new
Outrun 2 - $18 (Used, but like new)
Panzer Dragoon Orta- $15 (Used, but like new)
Strider 2(PSX) - Free with the buy 2 get one free deal at Gamestop.
I got Katamari Damashii, 5 bottles of Grey Goose, and a stuffed pink and blue iguana from the carnival.
You've been here for over 2 years and you only have 36 posts? :eek:Quote:

If you can actually aim right. Did they finally fixed the aiming, or it still aim your gun without crosshair and just hope that you hit the target affair, like it was with part 2?Quote:

Good to hear that. I will give it a rental sometimes, part 2 was kinda fun to play co-op.

No need for wi-fi. It does 400-500k down over the cel line in evdo areas. 250 k down in non evdo. This measn no hotspot needed
it also acts as your phone, and you can use bluetooth
they also have a version with built in camera. and if you really want wi fi all you need is a wi fi sd card.
the only downside is you have a monthly service fee (not a biggie for you).
if i were you i would at least look into this
If you dont, either way, i can get you the info on how to rip a dvd to apocket pc format. Got the incredibles down to about 200mb .
You also prob want to look at a stereo headphones adapter and some sceen protectors
Also got:Quote:

I looked at some of those PDA phones and there are way to bulky for me, like I said the one I got is mostly going to be used as a GPS device when I am in my SRX (until I get an integrated system in a few months).Quote:

Hurray for credit cards.
BOOOOO for when you see the bill. I made $1000 in profit for selling MP3 remotes (Zen Micro) so I got a good chuck to spend. Used my PayPal debit card and got cash back and no bills to worry about.Quote:

Pretty sure that deal's over now. Sorry.
The PSP is definitely the sexiest piece of hardware I've seen in awhile.
I actually feel sorry for Morphix. Someday, he will go bankrupt, and all he will have to show for a fortune he didn't earn is a stack of shitty games like Untold Legends.
I feel sorry for people that wish misfortune on others.
MMZero 3
Not only one copy of Untold Legends, but TWO, and if you notice he has Sega Classics, there's another stinker right there.Quote:

That being said, Morphix, wanna buy me a PSP?
Clone Wars DvD
GunParade March DVD set 20 bucks at best buy
God Of War (this game is amazingly fun so far)
Almost bought a PSP, but i got severly bitched out by my woman. so i had to put it back :(
Chux, SCC has Columns, so it can't be all bad. Hell, just Columns and the OutRun remake make it worth $20.
Am I the only one who wants to give Sega Classics a shot? It is $14.99 next week at CC!
phantom dust and clod fear. cold fear i played for about 10 minutes and then fired up MAMEoX. i figure i need some quality time to put into pd, so i havnt turned it on yet.
Awesome.Quote:

Forced trailers are pretty common on free DVDs. The Papa John's ones had a similar thing, with ten minutes of unskippable trailers. Although it certainly gives it the movie theater charm...
PSP
THUG2
Twisted Metal: Head On
All in all, I'm really happy with all of these. The PSP is an amazing piece of hardware, THUG2 is fun and addictive, and TM... well I have't played it yet, but I hear great things and loved 2 and Black.
Probably because, if you notice, he got two PSPs. Besides, he also got God of War which makes up for anything bad in that picture.Quote:

Traded in a couple of games for this one. Played the multiplayer mode on system link for several hours this aftenoon at my friend's store and got hooked so I had to pick it up. And for once in the series the story mode is genuily fun. I played that for about 4 hours tonight and it was highly entertaining (with some really good humor thrown in).
