i just picked up this game today for 24 bucks. i played it for about 30 min. just now and i'm really liking it. i haven't heard much talk about this game here and was wondering if any of you like the game at all and what you think about it. hopefully i'll complete this before battle network 2 and rockman zero come out in the states.
I wanted MMBN sooo bad before the GBA was released.
Since then I never got around to picking it up and it just slipped between the cracks.
Next time I see it for 19.99 or less I'm picking it up for sure.
yeah, i also wanted to pick this up since gba was out, but never got around to it 'till today. i got it used actually. it'd be cool if all gba games were 24 bucks....i tell ya, i'd have allot more games.

It's been lingering around the 39.99 mark since it was released.
Oh well, I get both of them eventually.
Hooha. MMBN is another one of those games I'll froth about. It's no MML, but it's still a really fun game. Bought it for $40 with my GBA and played it for hours.

i'm about 2 hours into MMBN (i like the way that sounds) and i'm just lovin' it to bits! the music is allot better than i thought it would be, and the feel is allot like legends. man i hope there's another legends game in development or sumthin'.
MMBN is a fantastic and underrated game. It's like a combination of several kinds of RPGs, I think. You have the traditional RPG world, then it's a bit like a strat RPG what with picking the chips and all... and it's also kinda like an action RPG because once you make your strategic decisions you have to use your skills and reflexes. What a unique, fun, and cute game. :)
I am happy to see that MMBN 2 and 3 are in the works. :)

In any case, yes, great game, yes, I love it, yes, another wonderful redesign of Megaman, and yes, the Capcom artists manage to take yet another view of Megaman that still looks fresh while retaining the old. I swear, they're like friggin' magicians...
those artists might as well be the new jesus as far as i'm concerned. seems like the same guys who worked on breath of fire 4 as well as legends.....hmmmm.

^^ Heh heh... The MMBN, MML, and BoF art is some of my favorite. I don't remember the level music, but I can whistle the title screen music at an instant. Is it from an old MM or is it just so damn cool that it's instantly recognizable as old-school-type music?
Well, I remember Rockman.EXE 3 being announced for Japan a few months ago. Since the first two were/are being released in NA I'd imagine #3 will be as well. :)Quote:

I picked up this game on a whim one day ( to have all MM titles ). I thought I wouldn't like it ( because of the RPG elements ) but I ended up in love with it ^_^Quote:

I like the spin on the familiar theme, and the new designs for the older robots.
Excellent game, easily a 9 out of 10. I REALLY liked this game. :cool:
Comparing Megaman titles, Rockman Zero is much better. However, as games, they're different styles of play entirely and it's kinda wrong to compare them.Quote:

A Japanese Rockman Zero will run on my US GBA, right?
Yes. Cartridge lockout consists of remodeling the physical cart in some way, but handhelds don't ever bother, so all Japanese GB/GBA/NGPC/whatever will play just fine on your whatever region portable.Quote:

P.S. The artwork in MM Zero is AMAZING! It's retro, yet futuristic. Clunky, yet smooth. And *SPOILER* Rockman X is the head of an evil empire?! Kick my ass and call me your bitch! Who'd a'thunk it?
