hrm, maybe I shoulda kept it wraped.
It's not for me.
The disc really put a smile on my face; but to just be getting into fighting games, this hyper-cuteness just can't hold my interest alongside Samurai 3.
Glad i have it though, played it for all of 15 minutes.

It's definatly not a single player game. That "cuteness" becomes much more "cheesy-in-a-fun-kind-of-way" when there's a second person there to enjoy it with you. :)

I play this game just to look at all the cute animations!
Why dont we have more cute girly games like this? I am so tired of all these matcho ego testical games of late...cough...Max payne...crack.....

And Pocket Fighter is a great game, not much more I can say about it that hasn't already.
I'd love to see another Pocket or Puzzle fighter game though. Maybe a "Capcom Universe" style Puzzle Fighter with characters from all the Capcom games...

I like the game quite a bit, but for chrissake, every male character but Zangief is a Shotokan. Of all the kickass characters to choose from in the Capcom universe, we got the same ol' Ryu-Ken-Dan-Akuma combo. C'mon, they could have at least thrown in Donovan and re-used some of his animation from Puzzle Fighter.

What I like the most about Pocket Fighter, is how its not just Street Fighter super defromed. The game really has its own fighting engine. With the whole gem collecting, and wacky-ass combo system. The game is a feast for the eyes, and hands. Just plain fun all around, it is really hard to get tired of the multiplay. I need to buy this game still, grumpf.
