I almost went the entire run without every buying a GBA... shit.
Good thing I still have a GBA.
I was hoping for a console release instead of a GBA one but this still looks great so I can't complain. I just hope it's not a boss fest like Alien Soldier.
I just got done reading the story linked on click's page. YESSSS! And the same excellent, spritey art style as the first game. The GBA is officially IMHO now THE perfect followup to the SNES. Also, I now HAVE to get a GBA player for my Cube because of this. I look forward to gunning on the run and in the office, but I wanna see this beauty on a bigger screen too. :) I just hope it can live up to the unbelievable expectation and pressure put on it by the first game.Quote:

I'd almost be disappointed if it wasn't a boss fest. GH was a boss-fest too, although it was a little different, with less important bosses sprinkled throughout bigger levels.Quote:

Goddamnit. im so sick of this portable gaming shit. release it on a freaking console already. it will sell. Why does 2d have to be reserved for portables now? It will do, and i will buy it, but it could be SO much more. Those sprites look too big too...
sob.
I am excited for this and all, but have to agree with Destro. I know it seems like a bigger risk for it being put on a Console in terms of it being 2D and stuff. But the audience is going to buy it either way and would rather it be the best looking it can be. Treasure and Sega both know that its going to be a Niche release, so why not do it the best they can? It must boil down to a cost thing, and the GBA would be much cheaper to develop for. But go for the gold, I mean really. Gunstar is their baby and they are short changing it.
Cheaper production costs. Better audience.Quote:
