Not realy. I play it once and a while. Its good to go back to simple, and decent gameplay. Of couse I just play the run and gun stuff.

Best Buy had a bunch of copies of this for $10 each in the
bargin bin. Nothing to say but the Game does things that you
would think is impossible.
Agreed. I like Gunstar Super Heroes. I felt it reused too much from the original and was a bit uneven, but it is a great game overall. However, Astroboy also pushes the hardware and is much less uneven. I find it hard not to recommend either since they are both very cheap (price wise, though the Thunder Force inspired level in GSH is the other kind of cheap) and very good games.
Astroboy didn't have the awesome feats of sprite scaling and giant bosses and such. I think GSH was much more technically impressive. The sprite and tile art in Astroboy is gorgeous, though, and it's still a very attractive game.
There was that one round sun-like boss in Astroboy. It was giant and exhibited feats of sprite scaling.
whenever i pull this out i usually just run through the 7 force/train stage or the last boss rush. i really like the feel of the last fight with green. sometimes i wish he didn't transform like in the original and just fought you bare handed, but it's still a fun fight.
