PSOne games that hold up well graphically.

The truth is that I've never played RECV (or any Dreamcast game) on the VGA yet. AAMOF, I haven't even played the Dreamcast version at all (only the PS2 one). I'll consider getting a VGA box in this case.

Who the FUCK said RECV looked bad? That game still look good. In fact most Dreamcast games "Soul Calibur" still look excellent.

Gran Turismo 2.

That's really the only PSX game I still play to this day.

Gunner's Heaven....There's a PSOne gem that still holds up.

And I'll throw in a second for Ridge Racer III.

Ridge Racer 3? Is that Rage Racer you're talking about, or did I miss a game?

R4, I think it was. That's still a pretty-looking game, and is enhanced nicely with the PS2's texture filter.

While not exactly a manly game, Magic Knight Rayearth (Saturn) was beautiful.

I dont think 2D games should even be mentioned in this thread. They all look fine. I can still play NES and Master System games without a problem. 2D games age fine (well..not all) ..its the 3D stuff that doesnt.

As for some 3D stuff I was playing the Clockwork Knight games and they still look fine.

I was also playing G-Darius through an emulator (EPSXE) and thought it looked pretty good.

of course that can be said for just about ANY PS game when using ePSXe
