Those AWESOME Peanut Butter cookies with a huge chocolate kiss stuck in the middle of each. I've got a recipe for that specifically.

Plain ol' butter cookies, leaf or oval shaped, doubled up with either chocolate or fruit filling in the middle.The ones on the far right.

I'm more of a cookie guy than brownies or cakes. Please also post any neat recipes you've found!

4 Chips ahoy cookies crushed onto vanilla ice cream. I eat it every night and somehow lose weight.

Peanut butter or molasses. I can't choose.

Oatmeal Raisin> I don't know what it is about them, becuase I never consume the two components seperately, but combine them in cookie form and I am all over.

Thin Mints a close second.

my Sister in Law's oatmeal cranberry white chocolate cookies are little packaged orgasms. Too bad her site isn't done ...

I like those thin-yet-soft anise cookies my Italian grandmother used to make. I should check around at North End bakeries, I bet I can find some around here. Or at least if I had a recipe. Otherwise, homemade chocolate chip.
