I never tried bunnyhopping, but strafe jumping is super easy and really doesn't require any immaculate timing. It definitely gives a huge boost in speed--I forget exactly, but I remember it being actually faster than the sprint.Quote:

Doom 1 and 2 on this is fucking great. It's splitscreen for coop or DM for up to four people on one Xbox, though it's always in 1/4th of the screen unless you're playing by yourself because the game runs in 320x240 natively, and they keep it that way. I had a great time playing some deathmatch last night.
I believe so. I don't remember walking on that grated bridge or anything else that was totally ripped from Half-Life. I like it.Quote:

I know that a lot of effort was put into the look of the game, but considering the simple action-orientated nature of Doom 3 and its limited multiplayer options, I can't justify spending more than $20 on this game, even with the online co-op and splitscreen Doom goodness.
Near the beginning, a body drops in front of you from the ceiling with a PDA and the body hangs there. This is the guy everyone stops to punch around and watch the physics. The PDA says his name is Mark Ryan.
I'm buying this game today.Quote:
