IV was the best part of the whole process IMO.
I got the stitches from my impacted teeth out yesterday... took 75 seconds tops.
I pretty much didn't take any of the painkillers and I've been eating normal for a few days now. Easy process imo.

When I got my tops and bottoms taken out one them got a bad case of dry socket and I was down and out for two or three days. Other than that, not a big deal. I didn't even get put under during the procedure, they gave me a few hits of laughing gas and that was all.
My stiches were self removing, kinda cool except 2 of them came out mid conversation so it was like "What the fuck is this string in my mouth, oh yeah"
I thought I was out in the clear here on Sunday after not having much trouble for the first couple of days but right as I lied down to go to sleep on Sunday night the dry sockets kicked in and have been tormenting me ever since.
I've been making daily visits to the oral surgeon ever since then and will probably be in for at least a few more days' worth of visits.
What really sucks is that the pain is just kind of a tolerable soreness when you're sitting in a chair or walking around, but the moment you lie down to rest/sleep it really kicks into high-gear and you can't go to sleep until the drugs make you so drowsy that you can't stay awake anymore.
It feels like there are hundreds of demented fairies flying around in your mouth pressuring on your teeth and jaws with a combination of needles (creating a sharp, tingling pain) and socket wrenches (creating a deep, throbbing pain).
