Billy from Guitar Wolf is dead

Narnack Records has confirmed that Billy, bassist from Guitar Wolf, did indeed die last night. They just got done touring the US and... now this. I could have seen them in NYC but I didn't know about it until after it happened.

He was 38, no cause of death listed, other than that he checked into the hospital and died in his sleep.

I'll never get to see Guitar Wolf, and neither will a lot of their American fans now. Even if they stay together and replace him, it's not going to be the same. This is a tragedy.

Well, I doubt his wife and kids would be amused, anyway. Had he not been dead, he probably would kick enough ass to be amused by such timing. :(

The celbrity death season might be kicking in. Last year they were dropping like flies come summer time.

I too skipped the Guitar Wolf show, which was just last week. Shit i really wish i'd gone.
