I hadnt heard this. Seems like a really bad choice though, unless Superman actually goes back to Krypton again in the sequel. Or I guess he could do a flashback to the experience, but still.. :yuck: .. I feel like Josh is right about the cash run on this. As soon as I go out and buy the DVD, I expect to see an Extended Edition right around the corner to fuck me in the ass.Quote:

Seriously. As a general rule I don't buy DVDs until about a year or so after release, I just pirate it first. That way I get to see it as it comes out and I end up purchasing the good version (if not just a better one). More then two releases and I stop caring.
IMAX was alright, but not worth the $13 or so I paid for it. Maybe $8. The shuttle/plane sequence was awesome, but that's about it. I'd rather have several other scenes in 3d than the ones they picked.
Does anyone really sit down and watch all of the extras? Some of those extras are looooooooooooooooooong. Some are multiple times longer than the actual movie itself. Who has time for that?
