Need to burn a DC boot disc for imports

I'm trying to burn a boot disc so I can load import games on my DC. I don't have cash to buy either the DC-X or a mod-chip right now. I have the file I'm gonna use as a DiscJuggler file, as well as Dummy File Creator v.1.0 to make a dummy file. Problem is, I cannot install DiscJuggler, Nero, or Alcohol120 on the only PCs I have access to, because they are school computers and I don't have admin access. Admins are NOT allowed to 'unlock' the computers, and they strictly enforce this rule. These computers have Roxio Easy CD Creator on them, along with Windows Media and RealPlayer. I can download the setup files for Nero, DiscJuggler, and Alcohol120, but I cannot install them. How can I burn this properly so that it will play without using Nero, Alcohol120, DiscJuggler, or any other program that requires installation? Thanks.

Maybe one of us can burn it and ship it to you.

I could do it but I won't have tim to ship until next week.

Cow doesn't have much to do right now with a broke hand, I put my money on him shipping it.

Aren't these types of discs below 10 USD? You should be able to afford that. Action Replay/Gameshark, DC-X, CDX, Pelican Codebreaker all defeated region, I recollect.

I dont know, it seems horribly immoral, its not like those discs are opensource and on sourceforge. I would think a topic like this would break the forum rules?

As for immorality, I'm NOT using this for backups. I bought Guilty Gear X and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, and want to play them.
