WTF is 500 speed cable Nomi? I have Adelphia's premiere high speed package, and I have 6mbps down, and 768kbps (worst upload speeds ever) up, and from what I can tell, that's the best package available in Adelphia's area in NE ohio. Luckily though we have hope for increased speeds, because Time Warner is set to take to take over Adelphia in our area.Quote:

http://internet.agoc.com/ That's who provides everything to our county/area. I don't know if we have any other high-speed choices.
Edit: 5 Mb/s download, 512 Kb/s send
You'd be surprised of the difference in loading just simple webpages between fiber optics and cable
Armstrong? Interesting, not only have I never heard of them, I was under the impression that all of NE Ohio pretty much used Adelphia.Quote:

I wanted to kill myself coming from school back home with cable. This makes it easier.
Armstrong is mostly PA area and us, for some reason. Nobody else knows who they are. As far as I know we don't get Comcast/Aldelphia or any of that other shit. Armstrong has some disgusting monopoly on our city. At least they have really spot-on service and free installation/hardware on everything.Quote:
