GameSpot Pulls an IGN

Getting your facts straight should be a prerequisite for any journalistic job, even if it is writing for an online gaming publication. Apparently, GameSpot, like IGN, has no such standards. A fantastic example is the idiocy contained in their Star Wars Galaxies: Episode III: Rage of the Wookiees preview:

Eh, its stupid to get so riled up but its also stupid to make such obvious errors in your piece. Theres really no reason to make these mistakes. If youre writing a preview on the game, you really should know where it fucking takes place chronologically. Thats all there is to it.

STFU. It's coincidence that this has anything to do with Star Wars or SWG. The point, as diffx said, is that someone who is getting paid to write a preview should get their facts staright. Of course, I shouldn't expect this board to know what a fact is, let alone value them.
