At least those are actually being used for thier intended purpose. The problem is people who don't need SUVs, who never go off road, buying them in droves for no reason.Quote:

Gas prices are what they are. We will pay whatever is asked until there is no more. I pay about $2.45/gallon to keep the WRX going. She's a thirsty blue beast!

Never doubt the negating powers of the Pontiac Aztek.
Ok, then all vehicles that get crap MPG and are driven by people who have no need for such large vehicles.Quote:

The military is in Iraq to ensure the free flow of oil to keep the economy humming along nicely. The fact that this also keeps gas prices relatively low (Europe is playing a tiny violin while listening to us complain about prices just over 2 bucks. They get it up the ass at something close to 6) for the SUV gas guzzlers is an added bonus.
What kind of mileage does a WRX get anyway? I know it kinda hurts that you have to put in premium or risk detonation.Quote:

Between the turbo and the AWD, it gets worse gas milage than one would think for such a small car. I haven't checked it lately, but last time I did I got about 23 mpg. I've been driving with a heavy foot lately, so I think I'm getting less.Quote:
