You've got two options. You can either save this file to your HD which will stream it from online or I can upload the full 22MB .flv file. You'll need a special video player for that format (and I have no clue what I used to have installed because I apparently no longer have it), and I remember the last one I used was pretty gimpy. It's a format for imbedding video into Flash so getting a decent standalone player requires money as far as I've seen.

Hmm can you upload the 22 meg file. I think I have the right player for it.
