I'm not even saying the name. It's too good for words.

1970 Chevelle Super Sport gets me wet. I learned to drive on one of these when I was 10. It had a freakin 454 in it, and I nearly put it in the ditch several times before my dad decided it wasn't such a good idea.
I was going to post that but it's pretty much a given.

'62 Ferrari 250 GTO
One of the most beautiful cars ever made. *sigh* Too bad I probably will never have the millions of dollars to purchase one.

I like obscure weird cars...
'69 Plymouth Road Runner...
Meep Meep, my personal fave of all the 70ish Mopar muscle cars. They spent a ton of cash to get the Horn to do the Meep Meep just right.

'70 AMC Rebel
really obscure, but have to love the theme... Peaked out in '70 with an all AMC 390 V8 powertrain. Parts are a flaming bitch to come by now a days.

'63 Chrylser Turbine
An amazing car, only 6 or so still exist, powered by an expermental turbine engine. Belting out an amazing 130 horsepower at 3,600 rpm but 425 lb-ft of torque at zero rpm. Chrylser gave out a few hundred to families to drive for a year as sort of a test on the viability of the technology. The were then returned after a year, Chrylser scrapped the project and crushed most of them.

and for I want to get my pimp on..
'79 Chrysler Cordoba 300
Personifies EVERYTHING that was wrong with American cars in the 70s, Huge doors, shoddy build quality and a gas guzzling 400 cu.in. under the hood.

'79 Dodge Lil' Red Express Truck
One of the first real "Sport" pickups..

Yeah, I am a Mopar Whore.
Ferrari 275 GTB 4 CAM

'87 Buick Grand National
Turbo. V6. Black. Awesome.

1986 Chevy Camaro I-ROC Z, I like this paint job actually. It is indeed "Bitchin"
The original Cobra is an American icon, when it comes to collectable muscle cars.

Pontiac always played second fiddle to Chevrolet, when it came to their version of the GM product. The GTO however made a name for itself, with it's stylings and muscle. My old man had this same car in black.

I've always liked the AMC AMX. One of the only muscle cars with two seats, iirc.

One of the few cool "American" (it used a lot of Ford parts) cars out of the '70's:

70 Plymouth Barracuda
It's not on par with a classic Ferrari...but I've always been partial to this:

1984 Mazda RX-7 GSL-SE.
That would be incorrect. The early Thunderbirds and Corvettes were 2 seaters. The Cobra I posted is also a 2 seater.Quote:

That's why he said "One of...". Adding in "of the few" would have made it clearer.Quote:

Of course, when I finally get it in there and running, it will be classic bliss all over again.
my dad has one of these, a 72 Camaro Rally Sport LT, less than 3,000 of them made, if I remember correctly. His is black on black.
Someday it will be mine. :D
Gohan, I love RX-7's. Especially the 3rd gens... Every time I see it, I think that there's no way that such a beautiful design can be over 10 years old.
