Even if you would combine a glorified AIM with an average VO-IP service with Steam you still woudn't have near what Xbox Live offers for all of it's games that are online. And isn't steam only meant for games with the Half Life 2 engine? Because if so I could really care less what Steam has to offer in terms of online gaming.Quote:

If someone were to tell me that Halo 2 is the best online FPS out there I'd say, "you have a point". Its not a bad choice by any means.Quote:
That doesn't mean its the greatest FPS ever.
If the best people can do to establish H2's "superiority" is mention how easy it is to join a game, then something is wrong.
I'm assuming the game you speak of is this one. Becuase the other games you were in with me that I can find I was editing video during (instead of playing) and almost everyone beat me.Quote:

I could name a lot of things that make it the best online FPS ever, and I have a million times in the past, just like many others here. Feel free to look up one of those posts.Quote:

I'm just playing Devil's Advocate here. Like I said, play what you want. Just curious as to what makes it stand out.
I'd definitely put Halo 2 in a list of TOP FPS GAMES.
It pisses me off when Opaque proclaims it as the best though, because of how unbelievably ignorant he is on the subject.
Motherfucker never played nothing.
