Official Xbox 360 Thread.

N3 is possibly the worst game ever made by man.

I almost cried I laughed so hard at the intro. Poorly recorded voices that don't match the characters FTL. Also, combat is shit and the graphics don't look like anything the Xbox couldn't have pulled off. Yeah, I know, because there's so many enemies on screen at the same time Xbox couldn't have handled that level of detail, but the enemies are all exactly the same, so instead of being impressed by the detail such a large number of characters are getting, I'm annoyed by how little effort the developer put into mixing up what they looked like.

Dead Rising might now have the most enemy variety ever, but atleast it has more than just ONE fucking zombie.

There are worse games in your fucking XBL sig than N3. It's not Dracula X, but worst game ever? Come on.

Hyperbole.

But no, nothing in my sig is worse than N3. Why? Becuase none of them caused my ears to bleed.

Will someone explain what exactly the Diamond Card is and wether or not I should get one?

So, I got my first "real" game today.

Uhm... did I buy an Xbox 360 or a jet airplane? Lord almighty this thing is SO LOUD. And, it's not even like, this baby has a processor so hardcore it need an industrial fan. The noise is the DVD spinning.

Is it really loud for every game it plays? So far, everything I had played was off of the hard drive, so I never thought about the optical drive noise.

Oh, and the N3 demo did a good job of making me never, ever want to buy the game.

It's just a Live Club card, basically. You get discounts on shit from participating retailers. I used the Quizno's coupon, but I don't think I'll ever make use of the Sharper Image one.

My name isn't Will, but the card gives you discounts at Hollywood Video and other places. It's free, so there's not really anything to lose.

Mine make this odd 'click click clicky' sound whenever it reads, but it isn't all that loud. Maybe you have a 360 with the original drive? I heard those were on the noisy side.

N3 is okay, I think people are shitting a wee bit too much on it. It's better than any DW game ever made, and sometimes it's satisfying on a level where you just wanna sit down and kill 200 goblins in 5 slashes.

The real surprise is the demo to Hitman: Blood Money. I've never liked any of them, but the demo for this one alone has sold me on it.

I've noticed it's a lot louder on 360 games than on original Xbox games - it must spin at a slower speed for the old games.
