Your 360 just got Shoryukened.
Alright...unplugged/plugged everything in again....and it booted up. So is there any truth to the fact that you can buy the MS extended warranty whenever? I'm way past the 90 day mark.
How "way past"?? My 360 recently crapped out and I was a bit over 100 days past that warranty but when I called MS they said I was covered until October (which means my warranty is 6 months). If anything you can call them and ask them you want to purchase the extended warranty first before saying you have any problems. Maybe they'll just sell it to you then you call back the next day and say "whoops..I got the red rings of death".Quote:

Is it common that you only get a 90 days warranty in the us when it comes to consoles?
I was told that whole "you can just call and buy the extended warrenty and then call the next day and say it's broken" theory is true. Unfortunately when my 360 crapped out last week I found out otherwise. Call just to make sure it's not under warrenty, if it for some odd reason is, get it fixed, otherwise you're going to have to pay $130.Quote:

Microsoft hates Japanese people.
Why would anyone spend money on something they can't look at? "Although I know almost nothing about the product, here's $5 for it because I trust you so very, very much" is a sentence comprised of english words, but I can't actually understand the idea it's trying to convey.

It's like buying a grab bag but without the shitty candy necklaces that taste like fruity chalk. Anyway, I've been trying to play the demo for Call of Juarez on PC, but it cripples my system. I keep playing anyway because it's the best Western FPS I've played since Outlaws. Ubisoft seem to be pretty good at going multiplatform, but has anyone heard of a possible console port for this title?
