Not possible unless the developer incorporates an edit tool in the console game, like the map editor for TimeSplitters. The more prevelant online environment may encourage developers to incorporate more customizable features (like map or character editors) in console games, but not to the extent you see on the PC.Quote:

Probably never going to happen, especially considering how Bungie made the level geometry in 3ds max. Though, I do think we'll see more user-made content in console games this generation.
