Bullshit would be a very good word for what this is.
My Dad, Uncle and Neice went to Kentucky to go to some mammoth Horse Show thing. And they stayed at my uncles friends place. His wife is like super baptist or something and would only let them drink outside because she did not want any of that "Hoogity-boogity" in the house. Also the news papers and televison news was all a buzz about some bust that the Cops had on Bootleggers. Guys that were bringing Beer over statelines. The south = nonsense.
Yeah, except the people there have better manners, are more polite, etc.
Of course, "the north" is full of nothing but smart people, enlightened about politics, etc.
I have NEVER heard of this before. What the fuck...
Sounds like prime cottage/camping property gone to waste.

Have some perspective. My aunt lives in Lexington (home of the University of Kentucky). Its a rich, clean area, extremely nice, and about 15 minutes from gorgeous, world-class horse farms (I saw Smarty Jones) and some of the most beautiful green rolling hills out there.Quote:

I used to live in a county where only beer and wine was legal to sell. But I have NEVER heard of someone getting in trouble for simply possessing alcohol, as long as they weren't selling it in a dry county. IP, you should probably stand on that citation. I'll bet the redneck cop won't even show up to court and it'll be dropped.
Really? ;)Quote:
