I suppose that means a new MS game might be in the works by next E3.

The language option news is nice, and all of those Xbox and GBA ports are great news. I'm sure the NeoGeo faithful will find some world-ending flaws with them. They shouldn't be able to with the GBA ones though, since they come with a plastic bag already.

BZZT. It's still in development for 'unannounced' console. They had the vid of it playing at E3, but it's not worth mentioning because it was the same vid we already saw long ago.

I've beaten him without getting hit once with that crazy cowboy guy (and somewhat less than perfect with every other character). All you need to do is learn his patterns. His moves all have big startup times. Spend the first time working down his guard gauge. Break it in the second round and you'll own him for free.

Regular. According to SNK, SS0 Special does not exist. Was never released on the PS2 in Japan either. I'm sure it's related to the reason why the new SS is being made internally.

This is a PS2 KOF: MI question, but I might as well ask it here. What's on the second disc? I saw the game at Best Buy for the first time today, and was surprised to see it have a second DVD case, with nothing really telling you what's in it.

I just found out I'll be getting this game sent to me in a few days, so I look forward to facing some of you guys in it.

Edit - My copy arrived yesterday, and here are some impressions. The Live play is solid, although there aren't many folks playing this online. The S controller works pretty well for this game; I'll use my PS2-Xbox thing to see how well the Dual Shock 2 works with it later on. I'd say that about 80% of KoF's feel has been retained, although some animation does look bad when compared to the previous KoFs.

Am I the only person who didn't know that SNK was bringing KOF '02 / '03 out over here for Xbox with full Live playability? God damn that's hot. Not as hot as '98 online, but hey.

Neowave is going to be online. That's kind of like getting '98, or at least an improved version of 2k2. The one I'm really looking forward to myself is Samurai Showdown 5.

If you got a good broadband connection, Kaillera is your friend for Samurai ShoDown 5. Although I have my fingers crossed that SS5sp makes its way to the XBOX with Live support.

I don't have a decent pad for the PC and I play games at odd times so I'd like to at least have a chance of playing against another real life person.

Samurai Showdown 5 Special? That's not getting any console release anywhere. SNK canned the port of it because of some falling out with Yuki or something stupid, probably related to their new SS game that's being made internally.
