One you forgot that should be great is Sega Rally 3. After the Windows CE wackness that was DC Rally 2, I'm starving for some Yu Suzuki rally driving that doesn't make me yearn for what it could have been. I don't believe Outrun was shown, but it should have been. I've also heard good things about F-1 2002.

I'd just like to say Burnout 2, simply because I love the first and know it will probably be overlooked again.
All the rest that deserve to have fans will probably have them come out in force and discuss why, so I won't bother.
I'm all about Auto Modellista. The fact that Sega is wasting time aiming at the highly overrated Gran Turismo with Sega GT, rather than getting a next gen Daytona or Sega Rally on the markey really pisses me off.
Sega Rally 3 is on the way, and DC Daytona just came out a year ago. Hey, who knows, there are rumours (which are in all probability 99% untrue) of a GC Daytona...and Daytona 2 never saw a home release....Quote:

But quite frankly, the Xbox needs a GT type title, since that hits their demographic in the bullseye. And who better to make it for them than Sega?

the cel shading makes the game look way to bland all around to me
Ridge Racer 6, there is a intro video of it but no gameplay footage
it just showed the chick from RR & a viper GTS car racing over the RR logo
anyways ign & gamespot are saying that they really like Sega GT2k2 from what they played
they said not only is the handling better then in the original but better then in Gt3
the reflections are the best they seen in a racer
the are forgiving & the backgrounds were detailed
the only thing that disapoints me is that the game will only have 120+ cars & only 12 tracks
GTC afric got a '6' score from egm, but egm wouldn't know a good game even if it bitch slapped them
Prorace driver is looking excellent too
Sega GT
this was good, it was a lot better then the Dreamcast version as far as handling went, and over all did a good job at being like Gran Turismo.
im definatley picking this one up.
F-Zero
the footage that they had playing was awesome. it seems like they're gonna have a lot of story in this one, and had a really cool atmoshere.
definatley looking forward to this.
Ridge Racer
all Namco had on his was a trailer that showed nothing at all but Hitomi, a blue Dodge Viper CG model, and one power slide. looked pretty awesome and it got me even more hyped up for it, but when i was doing an interview with Namco, they talked about how they were using real car models to keep up with "the new style of using real cars". sucks too, cause i was really looking forward to seeing what the new Assulluto cars would look like.
did look nice though, and im pretty sure it's gonna be a great game. still #3 on my most wanted list.
Auto Modellista
the demo that they had of this looked nice, but was a really shitty build. they had it set up so that all the cars would handle exactly the same, extremely sensitive steering, and the power slidding taken out.
when we did the Capcom interview, the PR chick didn't know what she was talking about, about one of her favorite things about the game that she thought made it really cool was how the air looked.
but i could see how a better build of this game would rock. i really want to play this.
those are all the racing games i remember playing or seeing for now.

I don't need to see it to know Project Gotham Online is the one I care about most. Second would be the Wipeout clone 'Quantum Redshift, which has sweet ass graphics, along with futurisic racing (my preferred racer style). Also on my radar, but too far off, or not as good, R6 (too far away still), Test Drive (I like the series, bite me), NFS:HP2 (....the Xbox version!), and maybe Rallisport Online.
